Dyna-Mesh
Move, Rotate and Scale Tools
Sub Tools
Upper Body - Anatomy study
Attempt One
below was my first attempt at an upper body anatomy study - About 40% of the way through my study i decided that I would start a second attempt
Attempt Two
This is my Second attemot at an anatomy study - this time I used escorce to create a base line for my sculpt
Third Anatomy Study
For the third study I decided to not use the Escorche - This helped me dramatically as I was no longer trying to define my Anatomy based upon really badly drawn lines
As you can see this is much better than my first two attempts
Week three Arms
Week three was all about sculpting and defining the arms
Week Four - Legs
Week Five - Hands
Early Stages
In the early stages of sculpting the hand I used poly groups so that I could hide the main body of the hands and have access to the inside faces of the finger so that I could sculpt fine detail
Final Attempt
For the final part of my Anatomy Study I was really interested in using my own hand as a basic reference, I have quite chunky hands, so there is not much detail in them, so I also used a few images from a Google search to find out about bone details in the Hands
The Next step is to combine this into the main anatomy sculpt using a mixture of tools that are available to you in Zbrush.
Also to not i could create pores and final skin detail in the hand - but the Alphas provided have dissapeared from the blackboard/UDO and i Have decided that these are no longer necessary
Week Seven - Facial Details
Start of the Sculpture- below is the first attempt at blocking in the Human facial anatomy
Midway through the Sculpture - The below image below shows a snapshot of my human head sculpt about fifty to sixty percent done
Finalising the Sculpt - The below image showcases a snapshot of my finalised human head sculpt, There are some more minor details that I need to add to the sculpt. However I am going to add these once I attach the base mesh to my main sculpt - This is a similar process as to how you attach the hands to the main mesh
This is again not the final form of the head, I will finish it off once it is finally attached to the body, - This is because I want the head and Body to have a seamless transition and I feel that if I leave the defining of the neck to the final stages it will mean I do not waste time later by having to remove detail.
Week Eight - Week Nine- Female Anatomy and Zspheres
During week Nine we where meant to study female anatomy and using ZSpheres as an option to create a mannequin - I have decided that this is something I will concentrate on during the two week Easter break if I have enough time
Final male Anatomy - Week Ten and Week Eleven
During the Two weeks leading up to Week twelve (which was originally the final deadline) I concentrated on finalising my Human male Anatomy
- Re Attaching the human Head
- Re Attaching the Hands
-Finalising the Fine details
Final weeks - Seeing as we have Three extra weeks in terms of Two weeks off at Easter and the final hand in at the end of April
Muscle Definition - the legs need more Definition in compared to the Back of the Sculpt
The wrists need more work in terms of the definition between lower arm and Wrist
Neck Line - The neck of the sculpt needs more work - specifically between the Clavicle and shoulders
Feet - Although we where told not to worry about the feet I would still like to attempt to sculpt the feet
Notes on Final Hand In - PLEASE READ
I will be handing in each individual part of the Sculpt, hand and head as there are more detail in these than the final one attached to the mesh - These will be Called Final Hand Sculpt and Final Head Sculpt - There will also be a Final Mesh Sculpt which will have every body part attached
